心理护理在肿瘤血液透析患者中的临床效果观察

Efficacy of psychological nursing for in hemodialysis patients with cancer

目的探讨肿瘤血液透析患者采用心理护理的效果。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月间北京积水潭医院收治的120例接受血液透析治疗的患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组患者在常规护理基础上加用心理护理干预,对照组患者采用常规护理。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和生活质量量表对两组患者护理前后的焦虑、抑郁和生活质量进行评分,并比较两组患者的护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组患者SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者生理功能、躯体功能、情感职能和社会功能各项生活质量评分均优于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为95.0%,显著高于对照组的71.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肿瘤血液透析患者采用心理护理,能促进患者焦虑和抑郁情绪缓解,提高生活质量和护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing for hemodialysis patients with cancer. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017,120 patients with cancer undergoing hemodialysis at Beijing Ji Shui Tan Hospital were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 60 patients each group. The observation group received psychological nursing intervention based on routine nursing and the control group was given routine nursing. Self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）,self-rating depression scale（SDS） and quality of life scale（QOL） were used to evaluate anxiety,depression and quality of life in the two groups before and after nursing. Patients＇ satisfaction with nursing was also compared. Results After nursing,SAS and SDS scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group（all P〈0. 05）. Physiological function,physical function,emotional function,social function and quality of life were better in the observation group than in the control group（all P〈0. 05）. Patients＇ satisfaction with nursing was 95. 0% in the observation group which was significantly higher than 71. 7% of the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing can promote the anxiety and depression relief,improve quality of life,and results in high satisfaction in patients with cancer undergoing hemodialysis,which is worthy of popularization and application.
