全程无缝隙护理模式在颅内动脉瘤围术期患者中应用效果的观察

Efficacy of whole course seamless nursing in patients with intracranial aneurysm during perioperative period

目的探讨全程无缝隙护理模式在颅内动脉瘤围术期中的应用效果。方法选取2015年6月至2017年7月间在青岛市市立医院东院进行手术治疗的130例颅内动脉瘤患者为研究对象,按患者住院先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,其中,观察组患者采用全程无缝隙护理干预,对照组患者采用常规护理手段。对两组患者的护理效果进行综合评价比较。结果观察组患者的焦虑自评量表和视觉模拟评分均低于对照组患者,且卡氏评分高于对照组患者,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率为4.6%,显著低于对照组患者的16.9%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院时观察组患者护理总满意度为95.4%,显著高于对照组患者的78.5%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对颅内动脉瘤围术期患者实施全程无缝隙护理干预可改善患者的负性情绪,缓解术后疼痛,提高患者术后生活质量,降低并发症发生率,提高患者的护理满意度,临床应用价值高,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To study the efficacy of the seamless nursing in patients with intracranial aneurysm during perioperative period. Methods From June 2015 to July 2017,130 patients with intracranial aneurysm who underwent surgery at Qingdao Municipal Hospital East Campus were selected. According to the sequency of adimission,patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 65 patients in each group. The observation group received whole course seamless nursing and the control group received conventional nursing. The two groups received the same operation. Nursing efficacy was were evaluated and compared between the two groups. Results Self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and visual analogue score（VAS） scores were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0. 05）. The Karnofsky performance status（KPS） score was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0. 05）. The incidence of postoperative complications was 4. 6% in the observation group which was significantly lower than 16. 9% of the control group（P〈0. 05）. When discharged,the overall nursing satisfaction was 95. 4% for the observation group which was significantly higher than 78. 5% of the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The whole seamless nursing intervention can improve the negative emotion alleviate postoperative pain,improve quality of life,reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction in patients with intracranial aneurysm during perioperative period with high clinical value and is worthy of further promotion and application.
