大学生公共精神缺失问题研究

Research on Lack of Public Spirit of College Students

公共责任意识是公共精神的实质，当下大学生公共精神缺失主要表现在独立人格、法律意识、知行统一等方面。大学生公共精神缺失的原因包括自我认识的不充分、家庭和学校教育的不到位、市场经济的负面影响等。大学生要正确认识自我培养自主自律意识，学校、家庭和社会要形成教育的合力，共同解决大学生公共精神缺失的问题。

The public responsibility is the essence of public spirit, the lack of which may be classified from the perspectives of in- dependent personality, legal consciousness, unity of practice and knowledge. The lack may be attributed to the insufficient self-recogni- tion, unfufillment of education in family and school, negative effect of market economy, etc. The college students should realize the significance of self-cultivation of independence and self-discipline, with the joint efforts of school, family and society, in order to solve the lack of public spirit.
