摘要
为满足培养多样化、复合型、创新型人才的需要,骨干高职院校创新创业教育体系应包含组织机构、课程体系、管理机制、实践平台、成果转化、师资队伍、转化渠道等要素。同时体系中各要素之间需要形成相互衔接、相互渗透、相互补充的联动机制,才能推进学生的意识养成、素质提升和动手实践能力。
To meet the needs of training diverse, complex and innovative talents, the innovation and entrepreneurship education system of the mainstay higher vocational colleges should include organization, curriculum system, management mechanism, practice platform, achievement transform, teaching staffs, transformation channel and other elements. At the same time, we need to form a linkage mechanism of connections, interinfiltration and mutual eomplementation between elements of this system, so that we can gradu- ally promote students' awareness cultivation, quality improvement and hands-on practice.
