大学生创新创业教育存在的问题及对策研究

Problems and Countermeasures of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education for College Students

创新型人才的培育是加快从“制造大国”转向“制造强国”的重要智力支持，是我国经济和社会发展的智力引擎。大学生创新创业教育是一种理念和意识的培养，主要是培养学生的创新意识和创业能力，旨在深层次激发个体的创新意识。现阶段各大高校的创新创业教育均存在不同层次的问题，应该从师资队伍建设、课程建设、体制机制等方面不断地完善，培养出社会需要的高层次人才，促进民族的创新和发展。

The cultivation of innovative talents is an important intellectual support to speed up the transition from ＂manufacturing country＂ to ＂manufacturing power＂, which is the intellectual engine of China＇s economic and social development. Innovation and entre- preneurship education is a kind of cultivation of ideas and consciousness, mainly to cultivate students＇ innovative consciousness and en- trepreneurial ability, aiming at stimulating the individual＇s innovative consciousness at a deep level. At present, there are different lev- els of problems in the innovation and entrepreneurship education of colleges and universities. It should be unceasingly perfected from the teaching staff construction, course construction, system mechanism and so on, so as to cultivate high-level talents for social needs and promote the innovation and development of the nation.
