摘要
在国家对国际人才的需求越来越急迫的背景下，在社会渴求能够将语言作为应用工具来解决职场人才问题的现实下，高校英语教学的最终目标是培养能够利用英语在各种场合进行沟通、完成各种职场任务的国际人才，这也是“国才考试”设计、研发的初衷。
The national demand for international talents is more and more urgent in the social background. The society is in eager demand of the talents to use language as a application tool to solve the problem of professional talent reality. The ultimate goal of college English teaching is to train the talents who are able to communicate with English on various occasions, and perform a variety of work- place tasks. This is the design and development intention of the ＂ETIC＂.
