Children before 3 years of age can not read alone and need to be under the guidance of adults, while early reading is based on parent-child reading. The correct method of parent-child reading is the key to ensure the quality of parent-child reading. Through collecting and sorting a large number of 0-3 parent-child reading related literature, from the three aspects that affect the quality of parent-child reading, the reading methods of parent-child at the age of 0-3 were analyzed, summed up and classified. It is expected to provide a more practical, systematic and targeted reading method for parents.
