药物结合心理疗法在脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者中的应用效果研究

Effect of Drug Therapy Combined with Psychotherapy in Patients with Sleep Disorders after Stroke

目的:讨论对脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者应用药物结合心理治疗的效果研究。方法:选取2016年3月至2017年3月河北医科大学第二医院收治的脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者100例,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组50例,观察组中男29例,女21例,平均年龄(54±8)岁,对照组中男31列,女19例,平均年龄(53±7)岁。观察组进行常规的药物治疗,对照组在常规药物治疗的基础上,增加由心理方面的权威专家与脑卒中睡眠障碍患者的护理人员一同商定心理干预计划,进行1次/d,连续连续进行5次,为1个疗程。观察患者的PSQI评分情况、患者的疗效评价,即睡眠障碍症状消失、睡眠时间延长、睡眠障碍症状无改变,还有2组患者的睡眠结构包括非快眼动相(NREM)的S1~S4期以及快动眼相(REM)睡眠占总睡眠时间的百分比。结果:对照组的PSQI评分情况为85.32分,观察组的评分为10.97分,患者的睡眠得到了明显的改善,而且观察组的疗效评价为总有效率48%,对照组总有效率则为96%,在睡眠结构上,NREM和REM均显著高于观察组。结论:在常规药物治疗的基础上配合心理干预对改善脑卒中患者睡眠障碍效果显著,而且还可以修复患者的神经功能,值得推广应用。

Objective： To discuss the effect of drug combination psychotherapy in patients with post-stroke sleep disorders. Methods： From March 2016 to March 2017,100 patients with sleep disorder after stroke,randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with a routine drug treatment. On the basis of conventional drug treatment,the control group increased the psychological intervention plan. The PSQI score and curative effect evaluation of patients were observed. Results： The PSQI score of control group was 85. 32 points,score of observation group was 10. 97 points. The patient＇s sleep has been significantly improved. The total effective rate of the observation group was 48%,while that of the control group was 96%. In sleep structure,NREM and REM in observation group were significantly higher than those in observation group. Conclusion： Drug therapy combined with psychological intervention is effective in improving sleep disorders in patients with stroke. It also can repair neurological function of patients,and is worthy of popularization and application.
