摘要
无机磷含量是水稻磷相关研究中的重要指标。为了建立SAN^(++)型连续流动分析仪测定水稻无机磷的方法,水稻组织提取无机磷后,用SAN^(++)型连续流动分析仪测定了水稻叶片和根的无机磷含量,并分析了不同磷相关遗传材料无机磷含量。结果表明该方法标准曲线相关系数可达0.9999,测定相对标准偏差在0.86%~3%之间,加标回收率在96.8%~108.5%之间,并且磷相关遗传材料无机磷测定结果与相关报道一致,说明本方法可以用来测定水稻的无机磷含量。
Determination of inorganic phosphate content is very important for studies of phosphate signaling.The inorganic phosphate contents in leaves and roots of different rice materials were measured by SKALAR San^++ continuous flowing analyzer.At concentrations of 1.25-30 mg/L,the linear relationship was good and the correlation coefficient was 0.9999;the relative standard deviations were 0.86%-3%;the additive recovery rates of the samples were 96.8%-108.5%.Pi contents of Pi related rice genetic materials were measured and the contents were in accordance with the results previously reported.All in all,the method was proved to be simple,rapid,accurate and reliable.
