摘要乳腺癌易感基因（breast cancer susceptibility gene，BRCA）是重要的抑癌基因，包括BRCA1和BRCA2。BRCA1／2基因是评估乳腺癌、卵巢癌和其他相关癌症发病风险的重要生物标志物，也是影响患者个体化治疗方案选择的生物标志物，所以BRCA检测具有重要的临床意义。
