摘要
在"大众创业、万众创新"的背景下,对技术型员工企业内部创业问题进行了研究。论述了马斯洛需求层次理论,基于这一理论分析了技术型员工的特点,并提出了激励技术型员工企业内部创业的五项措施。
Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, the study on the internal entrepreneurial issues of technology-based employee companies was conducted. Maslow's need hierarchy theory was discussed. Based on this theory, the characteristics of the technology-based employees were analyzed, and five measures that may motivate the technology-based employees for internal entrepreneurs were proposed.
