结直肠癌肺转移生长速度较为缓慢,但肺转移却占所有转移性结直肠癌的30%。然而,我们对于肺转移的临床病理特征、预后因素及特殊分子机制所知甚少。尽管越来越多的研究关注于肺转移的临床决策,但这些均为回顾性研究,其中绝大多数着眼于肺转移的局部治疗;传统化疗药物、靶向药物及新兴的免疫治疗基本未有研究涉足。本综述回顾近年结直肠癌肺转移领域的基础和临床研究进展,希望为今后的研究提供参考。

Lung metastasis of colorectal cancer （CRC） is characterized with slow growth rate and occurred in about 30% of metastatic CRC patients. However, we know little about clinicopathological features, prognostic factors and molecular biology Of lung metastasis. Among the available researches on CRC lung metastasis which are all retrospective, most have focused on the potential role of local therapies to lung metastasis, with few dealing with pharmacotherapy including cytotoxic drugs, targeted therapy and immunotherapy. This paper reviewed the advances in basic and clinical studies on CRC lung metastasis, and might provide some help for future researches.
