盐酸曲唑酮治疗失眠的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Trazodone Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Insomnia

目的:观察盐酸曲唑酮治疗失眠的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年11月至2017年11月北京燕化医院收治的失眠患者88例作为样本,分为观察组与对照组。对照组给予佐匹克隆治疗,观察组给予盐酸曲唑酮治疗。给药1疗程后,比较2组的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组入睡时间(11.70±0.44)min、睡眠时间(8.19±1.28)h、深睡眠时间(2.12±0.50)h、睡眠效率(85.06±1.94)%、PSQI(6.00±0.02)分、SAS(20.46±1.03)分、SDS(21.05±1.00)分、SF-36(97.59±0.08)分、有效率97.73%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用盐酸曲唑酮治疗失眠,疗效更佳。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of trazodone hydrochloride on insomnia. Methods： Eightyeight patients with insomnia admitted to Beijing Yanhua Hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were divided into two groups： the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated with zopicron,the observation group was treated with trazodone hydrochloride,and the control group was treated with trazodone hydrochloride for one course of treatment. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results： After treatment,sleep time was（ 11. 70 ± 0. 44） min,sleep time was（ 8. 19 ± 1. 28） h,deep sleep time was（ 2. 12 ± 0. 50） h,sleep efficiency was（ 85. 06 ± 1. 94） PSQI（ 6. 00 ± 0. 02） and SASI（ 20. 05 ± 1. 03） SDS（ 21. 05 ± 1. 00） and SF-36 N（ 97. 59 ± 0. 08）,there was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Trazodone hydrochloride is more effective in treating insomnia.
