多频诱发稳态电位对感音神经性耳聋患儿睡眠改善中的临床应用

摘要 目的:集中探讨听觉多频稳态诱发反应(ASSR)在感音神经性耳聋患儿中的应用效果分析。方法:纳入2016年4月至2017年4月因感音神经性耳聋于我院耳鼻喉科进行治疗的患儿60例,对所有患儿均进行ARB、ASSR和40Hz AERP测试,对一组清醒状态下健听儿的ASSR阈值进行比较。结果:在50 Hz、1000 Hz、2000 Hz和4000 Hz下,清醒状态较睡眠状态ASSR阈值差分别为(15.6±11.3)dB、(19.2±12.8)dB、(24.1±9.6)dB和(32.1±14.8)dB清醒状态较睡眠状态下的ASSR阈值平均升高范围在20 dB。结论:多频稳态诱发反应着对于临床中患儿感音神经性耳聋的听力水平的评估具有积极的意义,可有效的测定患儿的听力,并针对评估结果制定科学合理的治疗方案,促进患儿的预后,同时对于患儿的身体及心理的正常发育起着积极的推动作用,可在临床工作中推广使用。 Objective: To study the effect of auditory multifrequency response( ASSR) in children with sensorineural hearing loss. Methods: In April 2016 to April 2017 for sensorineural deafness in our hospital otolaryngology treatment of 60 cases of all children with ARB,ASSR and 40 hz AERP test,a group of awake compares average hearing son ASSR threshold. Results: In 50 Hz,1000 Hz and 2000 Hz and 4000 Hz,awake from sleep ASSR threshold difference respectively( 15. 6 ± 11. 3) dB,dB( 19. 2 ± 12. 8),( 24. 1 ± 9. 6 dB( 32. 1 ± 14. 8) and the dB awake the sleeping state of ASSR threshold rises in average range 20 dB. Conclusion: Multifrequency steady-state evoked responses with children in clinical sensorineural deafness hearing level assessment has the positive significance,which can effectively determine the hearing children,and evaluate the results to develop scientific and reasonable treatment,promote the patient's prognosis,at the same time for the child's physical and mental play a positive role in promoting the normal development and can be used widely in clinical work.
