脑卒中睡眠障碍中西医结合护理效果观察

Observation on Nursing Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for Stroke Sleep Disorder

目的:探讨脑卒中睡眠障碍患者实施中西医结合护理的效果。方法:选取2016年3月至2017年3月间本院收治的80例脑卒中睡眠障碍患者进行研究,根据患者护理方案将患者分为常规组和结合组,每组40例,对所有常规组患者进行常规中西药治疗+常规护理,对所有结合组患者进行常规中西药治疗+中西医结合护理,统计分析2组患者护理前后疗效、睡眠质量及生命质量状况。结果:结合组患者护理后睡眠质量、生命质量评分及治疗总有效率与常规组比较明显较优(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中睡眠障碍患者实施中西医结合护理效果优良。

Objective： To explore the effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing in patients with stroke sleep disorder. Methods： From March 2016 to March 2017,80 stroke patients with sleep disorders were selected and divided into routine group and combined group,40 cases in each group. All the patients in the routine group were treated with conventional Chinese and western medicine,and all the patients in the combined group were treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with western medicine. The curative effect,sleep quality and quality of life were statistically analyzed before and after nursing in the two groups. Results： The quality of sleep,quality of life and total effective rate after nursing in the combined group were significantly better than those in the routine group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in patients with apoplexy sleep disorder is excellent.
