脑电生物反馈治疗仪在精神分裂症患者康复治疗中的护理效果

The Therapeutic Effect of the Electroencephalotherapy Apparatus in Rehabilitation of Schizophrenia Patients

目的:探讨脑电生物反馈治疗仪在精神分裂症患者康复治疗中的护理效果。方法:取精神分裂症患者70例,随机数字法分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35)。2组均采用脑电生物反馈治疗仪治疗,对照组治疗过程中采用常规方法护理,观察组采用康复护理联合工娱疗活动,比较2组护理效果。结果:观察组护理后阳性与阴性症状评分,低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者采用脑电生物反馈治疗仪治疗时采用康复护理效果理想,值得推广应用。

Objective： To explore the nursing effect of EEG biofeedback therapy instrument in the rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients. Methods： 70 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into control group（ n = 35） and observation group（ n = 35）. 2 groups were treated with EEG biofeedback therapy instrument. The control group was treated by routine method. The observation group was treated with rehabilitation nursing and recreational activities,and the nursing effect was compared. Results： The scores of positive and negative symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The use of EEG biofeedback therapy instrument in patients with schizophrenia is ideal for rehabilitation nursing and is worthy of popularization and application.
