PICC技术在肿瘤护理中的临床应用效果

Clinical Application of PICC Technology in Tumor Nursing

目的:探讨PICC技术在临床肿瘤护理中的应用效果和分析护理干预措施对住院肿瘤患者睡眠情况的影响。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年1月我院收治的肿瘤患者88例,根据患者是否应用PICC术,将其分为对照组(n=44)和观察组(n=44),对照组未实施PICC术,观察组实施PICC术,比较2组治疗情况以及感染发生率。对比2组患者护理干预前后的睡眠质量(PSQI)与临床疗效。结果:经过PICC置管护理后,观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,感染发生率和PSQI评分低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PICC技术在肿瘤护理中的临床应用效果显著,可有效降低感染发生机率,患者住院期间加强护理干预,能够有效改善患者睡眠质量,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。

Objective： To explore the effect of PICC technique in clinical oncology nursing and to analyze the effect of nursing intervention on sleep in patients with inpatient tumor. Methods： Between January 2016 and January 2017,our hospital 88 cases of tumor patients,according to whether patients with PICC application,it can be divided into control group（ n = 44） and observation group（ n = 44）,the control group did not implement the usm,PICC group implementation,compared two groups of treatment and the incidence of infection. The sleep quality（ PSQI） and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results： After PICC catheter care,the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of infection and PSQI score were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical application effect of usm technology in oncology nursing,can effectively reduce the incidence of infection,the patient hospitalization to strengthen nursing intervention,can effectively improve the patients＇ sleep quality,worthy of further popularization and application in clinic.
