工学结合教学模式下的高职教学管理现状分析

在新时代中,只有改变教育教学模式,才能真正改革传统的教学理念。我们都清楚,高职院校背负着为社会培养技术技能型人才的任务,因此在高职院校中推广工学结合的教学模式,必然能带动教学管理的改革。对于一直备受关注的高职教学管理来说,如果想教学管理体系满足现代的教育发展,就必须进行改革。在工学结合教学模式下开展高职教学管理工作,不仅可以让学生积极参与实践,还能更好地为教学服务。在工学结合的教学活动中,老师应多组织学生参与实操活动,进而提高学生的实践能力,使学生在实习的时候接受高效率的专业性实训。加强工学结合教学模式的计划,完善实践教学组织,让教学管理水平大大提高。

In the new era, only by changing the mode of education and teaching can we truly reform the traditional teaching philosophy. We are all aware that higher vocational colleges are burdened with the task of cultivating technical and technical talents for the society. Therefore, the promotion of a combination of engineering and learning teaching models in higher vocational colleges will inevitably lead to the reform of teaching management. For higher vocational teaching management, which has always been concerned about, if we want the teaching management system to meet the modern educational development,we must carry out reforms. To carry out teaching management in higher vocational education under the combination of work and study teaching can not only allow students to actively participate in practice but also better serve teaching. In the combination of teaching and learning activities, teachers should organize more students to participate in practical activities, so that students＇ practical ability can be improved, so that students can receive highly effective professional training during their internships. We will strengthen the plan for integrating the teaching mode of engineering and learning, improve the organization of practical teaching, and greatly increase the level of teaching management.
