摘要
对我校升格创专后经历过顶岗实习的首批三年制高专学前教育专业学生进行专业实践能力的调查,发现学生存在"专业实践能力"内涵理解"云雾迷蒙"、专业知识转化成实践能力"力不从心"以及专业技能在幼儿园实践中"厚此薄彼"等问题,针对上述问题遂提出加强课程实训,增进学生对理论知识的理解、研讨式教学模式促进学生自我专业发展、课程设置"扬长补短"、提升专业教师职业实践能力等策略。
The first batch of three-year pre-school education students who have undergone post-graduate internships in our school have undergone a survey of their professional practice abilities. They have found that students have "professional practice abilities" and understand "cloudy and misty" and translate professional knowledge into practice. The ability to "unsatisfy the ability" and professional skills in the practice of kindergartens are "competing each other" and other issues. In response to the above issues, it is proposed to strengthen the training of courses, enhance students' understanding of theoretical knowledge,discuss the teaching mode to promote students' professional development, and set up courses "Short" and the professional teacher's professional practice ability.
