近年来,因为3D打印技术的快速发展,各行各业中都已经运用了3D打印技术。由于人们对个性化的追求,彩色3D打印技术从出现以来迅速发展。本文首先概括了FDM型彩色3D打印的研究发展历程和应用状况,从FDM型彩色3D打印技术的打印流程和技术原理入手,总结了现有多路彩色打印喷头的不足和主要矛盾,分析了现有的多路打印喷头的设计原理、结构及优缺点,对目前打印多路彩色喷头提出一些改进的思路。目的是使彩色3D打印技术能够更进一步,同时为FDM型多材料打印技术提供引导。

In recent years, because of the rapid development of 3D printing technology, 3D printing technology has been used in all walks of life. Because of the people＇s pursuit of individualization, color 3D printing technology has developed rapidly since its appearance. This paper summarizes the research situation of the development and the application of FDM type 3D color printing, starting from the printing process and the technical principle of FDM type 3D color printing technology, summarizes the main contradiction and the shortcomings of the existing multi-color printing head, analyzes multiple print heads of the existing design principle, structure and advantages and disadvantages of the current print multi-color nozzle and puts forward some improvement ideas. The purpose is to make the color 3D printing technology further and provide guidance for the FDM multi material printing technology.
