摘要
神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)是烯醇化酶的一种同工酶,特异性定位于神经元内,在脑损伤时神经细胞受损崩解,血脑屏障被破坏,NSE释放至脑脊液及血液中,因此,NSE水平是目前判断脑损伤严重程度的指标。新生儿血脑屏障功能差,更易发生脑损伤,故研究NSE变化规律能够为新生儿发生脑损伤的早期诊断提供具有参考性的指标。
Neuron specific enolase(NSE) is an isoenzyme of enolase located in neurons. Blood-brain barrier and neurons are damaged in brain injury, NSE can be released into cerebrospinal fluid and blood, the level of NSE is an effective indicator of the severity of brain injury. Neonatal blood-brain barrier is more prone to damage, changes of NSE in neonates have a certain reference value for early diagnosis of brain injury.
