家庭赋权护理对脑肿瘤患者和家属情绪的影响

Effect of Family Empowerment Care on Emotions of Brain Tumor Patients and Their Families

目的探讨家庭赋权护理对脑肿瘤患者及其家属情绪的影响。方法采用非同期临床对照试验将136例脑肿瘤住院患者及其家属分为对照组和干预组,对照组仅对患者实施一般照护,干预组在此基础上实施家庭赋权护理。使用焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)测量患者和家属的负性情绪,使用重危患者家属需求量表(critical care family needs inventory,CCFNI)评估患者家属的需求。结果干预组患者及家属在家庭赋权护理实施后2周、出院时、出院后2个月的SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组实施干预后患者及家属的SAS、SDS评分显著低于入院时评分,入院前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭赋权护理能有效减轻脑肿瘤患者及其家属焦虑抑郁情绪。

Objective To discuss the effects of family empowerment care on the emotions of brain tumor patients and their families. Methods A total of 136 brain tumor patients with their families were divided into intervention group and control group by asynchronous clinical controlled trial. The control group were taken the general care, and the inter- vention group were carried out family empowerment care plus general care. The negative emotions of patients and their families were measured by self-assessment scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS）. The needs of patients＂ families were used the critical care family needs inventory （CCFNI） scale. Results The SAS and SDS scores of patients and their families of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 2 weeks after family empowerment care, at discharge and 2 months after discharge, respeetively （P〈0. 05）. And the SAS and SDS scores of patients and their families of the intervention group after family empowerment care were significantly lower than these at discharge （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Family empowerment care can effectively reduce the anxiety and depression of patients with hrain tumor and their families.
