摘要
本文对2007-2016年十年间的基层档案工作中问题与对策的相关研究进行统计分析,发现相关研究的重点分布在基层档案本体管理、基层档案管理人员的管理与基层档案数字化三个方面,并对其相关研究中提出的问题与对策进行整理与论述,以期为日后基层档案工作的开展提供便利。
In this research, the problems and solutions about basic archives work from 2007 to 2016 were stati stically analyzed.Three main relevant aspects were found, including archives management, basic archives staff man agement, basic archives digitization. In addition, to provide convenience for further basic archives work, the proble ms and solutions from relative researchers were summarized and discussed.
