摘要 研究纳米粘土湿法混炼丁苯橡胶(SBR)在全钢工程机械子午线轮胎胎面中的应用。结果表明,将纳米粘土湿法混炼SBR用于全钢工程机械子午线轮胎胎面胶中,可以提高抗切割性能,降低生热,提高成品轮胎的耐久性能,延长轮胎使用寿命。 The application of clay/SBR nano-compound prepared by wet mixing process in the tread compound of off-the-road radial tire was investigated.The results showed that, when the clay/SBR nano- compound was used in the tread compound, the cutting resistance of the tread compound was improved, the heat build-up was reduced, the durability of finished tire was improved, and the service life of the tire was extended.
