外观改良剂在胎侧胶配方中的应用

Application of Appearance Modifier in Tire Sidewall Formulation

研究外观改良剂应用于胎侧胶料配方中对于轮胎外观的改善效果。结果表明:添加0.5份外观改良剂的混炼胶与生产配方胶料性能基本相近,但所制得的成品轮胎在存放3个月后,外观色泽明显改善,轮胎胎侧的变色问题得以解决,轮胎生产质量稳定。

The effect of appearance modifier used in tire sidewall formulation on tire appearance was investigated. The results showed that, the properties of rubber compound with 0. 5 phr appearance modifier were almost the same as the production formulation, and the discoloration of tire sidewall was solved which was demonstrated by the significantly improved appearance color of the finished tire with modifier compared with that of the tire without modifier after 3 months of storage. Moreover, the production quality of the finished tire with the application of modifier was stable.
