超高强度4+3×0.35ST钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层中的应用

Application of 4+3×0.35ST Steel Cord in Belt of Truck and Bus Radial Tire

研究超高强度4+3×0.35ST钢丝帘线的性能,并用其取代3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线用于全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层。结果表明,与3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线相比,4+3×0.35ST钢丝帘线具有直径和线密度小、渗胶性能好等优点;将4+3×0.35ST钢丝帘线用于带束层,可在保证成品轮胎各项性能的同时,减小轮胎质量,降低制造成本。

The performance of 4＋3×0.35ST super high strength steel cord and its application in the belt of truck and bus radial tire to replace 3＋8 × 0.33HT steel cord were studied. The results showed that, compared with 3＋ 8 × 0.33HT steel cord, 4＋3×0.35ST steel cord possessed smaller diameter, lower linear density, and better rubber penetration property. With 4＋3×0.35ST steel cord in the belt layer, the tire weight and cost were reduced, and at the same time the tire performance was good.
