摘要
研究纳米氧化锌在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:在胎面胶中采用纳米氧化锌等量替代间接法氧化锌,胶料的焦烧时间和硫化时间延长,硫化胶的耐磨性能提高,其他物理性能变化不大;成品轮胎的耐久性能较优,成本略有降低。
The application of nano zinc oxide in the tread compound of all-steel truck and bus radial tire was investigated.The results showed that,by using nano zinc oxide instead of the same amount of indirect zinc oxide in the tread compound,the scorch time and curing time of the compound were extended,the wear resistance of the vulcanizate was improved,and the other physical properties changed little.The endurance performance of the finished tire was better,and the cost was slightly reduced.
