From guideline to guidance: update on prevention, diagnosis and treatment of chronic Hepatitis B: AASLD 2018 Hepatitis B guidance

2018年美国肝病学会(AASLD)更新了慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)临床诊治指南,形成了新的指导意见(guidance),并发表在AASLD官方杂志Hepatology上。2018 AASLD的CHB guidance主要在CHB预防、诊断以及治疗,特别是特殊人群治疗方面进行了更新。文章结合美国肝病学会前主席Anna S LOK教授在2018亚太肝病年会大会的报告,重点对指导意见中更新的新的诊断名词、证据与推荐及特殊人群临床治疗意见进行解读。

Prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of chronic hepatitis B guideline was update by American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases 2018 and emerged new guidance. It was published on Hepatology, an official journal of AASLD recently. This AASLD 2018 hepatitis B guidance is intended to complement and update the previous hepatitis B virus（HBV） guidelines. This article identifies preferred approaches to the diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive aspects of care for patients with CHB, especially on screening, prevention and treatment of hepatitis B in special populations, including persons with viral coinfections, acute hepatitis B, recipients of immunosuppressive therapy, and transplant recipients, based on the report of professor Anna S LOKA, a former chairman of AASLD, on 2018 APASL.
