摘要 以轻型货车为研究对象,在CATIA软件中建立变速箱多级齿轮传动的动力学模型,导入ADAMS软件进行仿真分析。以变速器前进挡一挡为例,在ADAMS中对模型添加约束、载荷与驱动,得到各级齿轮啮合力在时域及频域下的变化规律。此外,通过改变齿轮加速时间,得到不同加载方式下的齿轮动态载荷。仿真结果与理论计算误差较小,验证了仿真模型的正确性,从而为变速器的齿轮校核与轴校核提供了参考。研究结果对汽车变速器的优化与振动噪声控制具有指导意义。 Taking the light truck as the research ohject, the dynamic model of multi-stage gear transmission of the gearbox was established in CATIA software, and the ADAMS software was introduced to perform the simulation analysis. Taking the first gear of the transmission as an example, constraints, loads, and actuations were added to the model in ADAMS to obtain the variation law of gear meshing forces in time and frequency domains. In addition, the dynamic load of the gear under different load modes was obtained by modification of the gear acceleration time. Due to small error between the simulation result and the theoretical calculation, it verifies the correctness of the simulation model, and thus provides a reference for the gear check and axis check of the transmission. The research results have guiding significance for the oplimization of vehicle transmission and for control of vibration noise.
