双创背景下企业中央研究院的核心能力建设研究

Research on the Core Competence of Enterprise Central Academe under the Background of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

企业中央研究院是大型集团企业发展到一定规模和阶段,为集中研发资源、整合研发能力而建立的核心研发机构。对创新创业背景下企业中央研究院的核心能力建设问题进行了研究,论述了企业中央研究院的传统核心能力,分析了其在双创背景下面临的新挑战,并提出了所需要建设的四方面核心能力——技术情报分析及知识产权保护能力、技术双向交易及技术团队并购能力、技术对接需求资本及创业孵化能力、技术人员价值得以体现的管理能力。

The central academe is a core research and development institution focusing on centralization of R＆D resources and integration of R＆D capabilities as a large-scale group enterprise is developed to a certain scale and stage. The core competence of the central academe under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship was studied. The traditional core competence of the central academe was discussed , the new challenges it faced in the background of innovation and entrepreneurship were analyzed, and four core eompeteneies that needed to be buih were proposed - capabilities of technical information analysis and intellectual property protection, capabililies of bi-direetional technology trading and M ＆ A capability of technical team, capital demanded for lechnology, docking and capabilities of entrepreneurship and incubation, supervisory capability that can reflect the value of technical personnel.
