摘要
研究了不同淬火温度、不同回火温度、保温时间及冷却方式对12Cr12Mo不锈钢横向力学性能的影响,结果表明,淬火温度、回火温度、回火保温时间及冷却方式对12Cr12Mo不锈钢的横向力学性能影响明显,尤其是对冲击功的影响最为显著;最优的调质热处理工艺为淬火温度960-970℃,回火温度680-690℃;在调质前增加等温退火或完全退火来改善其冲击韧性。
The effects of different quenching temperature,tempering temperature,holding time and cooling mode on the transverse mechanical properties of 12Cr12Mo stainless steel were studied.The results show that the influence of quenching temperature,tempering temperature,tempering time and cooling mode on the transverse mechanical properties of 12Cr12Mo stainless steel is obvious,especially on the impact work.The optimum tempering heat treatment process is the quenching temperature of 960-970 ℃,the tempering temperature of 680-690 ℃,and the increase of the isothermal annealing or complete annealing before the quenching and tempering to improve the impact toughness.
