区域协调发展:基于产业专业化视角的实证

Regional Coordination Development: Based on the Empirical Analysis in the Perspective of Industrial Specialization

区域协调发展作为社会经济发展中的重要课题,不仅对于全国及省际区域问题具有指导意义,对于省内区域层面也影响重大,因此,本文从省内地区间研究出发,以珠三角九个地级市为研究对象从产业专业化的角度入手来分析珠三角区域协调发展问题。论文首先通过构建评价指标体系对珠三角九个地级市的区域协调发展水平进行了测算,结果显示,十年间珠三角各市的区域协调发展水平都不断提高,但每个城市的区域协调发展程度却不尽相同。接着再引入产业专业化系数测度各市产业专业化程度的基础上,利用2004—2013年珠三角9个地级市单位面板数据,采用空间计量经济模型对珠三角各市区域协调发展水平和产业专业化水平之间的关系进行了分析。结果显示:产业专业化程度对区域协调发展水平具有正向影响。最后,结合对应分析法具体分析了十年间各个城市间产业专业化以及职能分工互补的发展情况,并给出相应结论。

As an important subject in social and economic development,regional coordination development not only is important to the national and provincial regional problems,but also has great impact on the cities in the province. Therefore,from the study of cities in the province,in this paper,we select the nine cities in the Pearl River Delta as the research object. From the perspective of industrial specialization,we analyze the regional coordination development of the Pearl River Delta. At first,by constructing evaluation index system,we calculated the nine cities＇ coefficient of regional coordination development. The results showed that the levels of regional coordination development of the nine cities were rising in ten years. However,each city＇s degree of regional coordination development was different. After that,based on using industrial specialization coefficient to measure the degree of municipal industrial specialization,we used the spatial econometric model to study the relationship between regional coordination development and industrial specialization. In this part,the data were from the nine cities in the Pearl River Delta at 2004 —2013. The results showed that the industrial specialization had a positive influence on regional coordination development level. At last,combined with the corresponding analysis,we analyzed the dynamic development of industrial specialization and complementary functions of the nine cities in the Pearl River Delta. In the end,relevant conclusions were given.
