玉屏风多糖对肠道菌群失调小鼠免疫功能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为探究玉屏风多糖对肠道菌群失调小鼠免疫功能的影响,选取健康雄性小鼠30只,设对照组、肠菌群失调模型组、自然恢复组、高、中、低剂量组。对照组灌服生理盐水,其他组均灌胃浓度8 g/kg体重氨苄西林。灌服5 d后,处死模型组,观察建模情况。高、中、低剂量组分别灌服不同浓度的玉屏风多糖,其余两组灌服相同体积的生理盐水。治疗10 d后处死采样,测定生长性能、脾脏体指数以及血清、小肠中免疫因子含量。结果显示:低、中、高剂量组小鼠的脾脏、胸腺指数均高于自然恢复组;而血清中TNF-α的含量低于自然恢复组;其中M、H组体重增长和小肠s Ig A的含量均明显高于自然恢复组(P<0.05)。 In this paper,the effects of Yupingfeng polysaccharide on the immune function of intestinal flora in mice were studied. 30 healthy male mice were randomly divided into control group,model group,natural recovery group,high,middle and low dose groups. The control group was fed with normal saline,and the other groups were treated with ampicillin at an intragastric concentration of 8 g/kg. After 5 days,the model group was sacrificed for observation. High,medium and low dose groups were fed with different concentrations of Yupingfeng polysaccharide,and the other two groups fed with the same volume of saline. After 10 days of treatment,all the mice were sacrificed and the growth performance,spleen volume index and cytokine content were measured. Results showed that the spleen and thymus index of the mice in the dose group were higher and the content of TNF-a in the serum was lower when compared with the natural recovery group. The body weight and the SIg A content in the medium and high groups were significantly higher than those in the control group Natural recovery group( P〈0. 05).
