摘要
探讨炙甘草汤对慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)大鼠行为学和IgA、IgG、IgM、IFN-α、IFN-β、IFN-У表达水平的影响。通过慢性束缚法加冷水游泳法建立慢性疲劳综合征大鼠模型(4周),将30只造模成功大鼠随机分为模型组(2 m L/kg·d)和炙甘草汤组(12 g/kg·d),15只未造模大鼠为对照组(2 m L/kg·d)。共灌胃2周。观察各组大鼠鼠尾悬挂试验、力竭游泳试验的变化和检测各组大鼠的血清IgA、IgG、IgM、IFN-α、IFN-β、IFN-У的水平。结果显示,与对照组比较,模型组力竭游泳时间、挣扎次数明显减少(P<0.05),静止时间明显增多(P<0.05),血清IgA、IgG、IgM、IFN-β、IFN-У的水平明显降低(P<0.05),IFN-α水平明显升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,炙甘草汤组力竭游泳时间、挣扎次数明显增加(P<0.05),静止时间明显减少(P<0.05),血清IgA、IgG、IgM、IFN-β、IFN-У的水平明显升高(P<0.05),IFN-α水平明显降低(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,炙甘草汤可能通过降低血清IFN-α的表达,促进IgA、IgG、IgM、IFN-β、IFN-У的表达调节免疫功能,减轻疲劳症状,发挥治疗慢性疲劳综合征的作用。
This study aimed to study the effect of Prepared Licorice Decoction on behavioristics and serum IgA,IgG,IgM,IFN-α,IFN-β,IFN-У in Rats with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome( CFS). CFS rat model was induced by chronic restraint and swimming in cold water for 4 weeks. Then 30 CFS rats were randomly divided into the model group( 2 mL·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)) and the Prepared Licorice Decoction group( 12 g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)),and 15 rats were selected as the control group( 2 mL·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)). Behavioristics and the levels of serum IgA,IgG,IgM,IFN-α,IFN-β,IFN-У were measured before and after drug intervention for 2 weeks. The results showed that,compared with the rats of the control group,the model group showed that the time of swimming till exhaustion and the times of flounces decreased( P〈0. 05),the time of static increased( P〈0. 05),the levels of serum IgA,IgG,IgM,IFN-β,IFN-У decreased significantly( P〈0. 05),while IFN-α increased( P〈0. 05). Compared with the rats of the model group,the Prepared Licorice Decoction group showed that the time of swimming till exhaustion and the times of flounces increased( P〈0. 05),the time of static decreased( P〈0. 05),the levels of serum IgA,IgG,IgM,IFN-β,IFN-У increased significantly( P〈0. 05),while IFN-α decreased( P〈0. 05). Prepared Licorice Decoction can treat CFS by reducing the levels of serum IFN-α and upregulating IgA,IgG,IgM,IFN-β,IFN-У and improve fatigue symptoms.
