关于美国智库中美贸易关系研究的分析

Analysis of the U.S. Think Tanks Research on Sino-U.S. Trade Relationship

长期以来，关国智库一直是影响美国外交政策的重要因素之一。本文提出双重认知评估理论，对美国智库中关贸易关系研究的形成过程开展分析，探讨美国智库内部的认知、思维方式以及敌对意识等因素，以及智库外部的政府、利益集团以及舆论等因素，之于美国智库中关贸易关系研究的影响。剖析其中的关联和逻辑，有助于我们研判美国政府决策，进而推动建构平衡的中关贸易关系。

The U.S. think tanks have been one of the important factors affecting the U.S. foreign policy throughout the decades. This paper proposes a dual cognitive evaluation theory and analyzes the formation process of China-U.S trade relations research of think tanks in the United States. Besides, this paper try to explore the factors such as the perceptions, modes of thinking, and hostile awareness within the U.S. think tanks, as well as the external factors beyond think tanks, such as government, interest groups, and public opinion. By the analysis of relevance and logic of these factors, the paper tries to predict the U.S. government＇s trade decision-making to serve Sino-U.S. relations.
