摘要
研究改性高岭土/顺丁橡胶复合材料的制备工艺。结果表明:高岭土最佳改性条件为(以高岭土干矿量为标准)活化剂棕榈油用量1%,硅烷偶联剂WD-70用量1%,辅助改性剂硬脂酸用量1%,改性温度90℃,改性时间20 min;复合材料最佳制备工艺为改性高岭土用量(粒度小于5μm占74%)100份,硫化温度140℃,硫化时间22min;以微细粒级改性高岭土填充顺丁橡胶,制备的复合材料力学性能均能达到橡胶鞋底国标要求;复合材料拉断面的SEM照片显示,改性高岭土与橡胶基质融合较好。
Preparation technology of modified kaolin/butadiene rubber composite was investigated. The results showed that,the optimum modification conditions of kaolin were as follows(based on the amount of dry kaolin):activator palm oil 1%,silane coupling agent WD-70 1%,auxiliary modifier stearic acid 1%,modification temperature 90℃,and modification time 20 min. The best preparation technology of composite was as follows:modified kaolin(the percentage of particles with size less than 5 μm was 74%) 100 phr,curing temperature 140℃,and curing time 22 min. The mechanical properties of composite which was filled with modified fine grade kaolin could meet the requirements of national standards for rubber soles. SEM images of the tensile fractured cross-section of the composite showed that the compatibility of the modified kaolin and rubber matrix was good.
