摘要
针对汽车天窗密封条压缩时排气不畅产生摩擦噪声的问题,采用有限元分析软件Abaqus和正交试验方法进行优化设计。结果表明:排气孔位置对密封条压缩力影响最大,在密封条长度方向安排4个Φ2 mm排气孔的情况下,密封条压缩时产生的噪声最小。
In this study,finite element analysis of the rubber weatherstrip of automobile sunproof system was carried out by using software Abaqus,orthogonal test was designed to analyze the root causes of the friction noise due to the air venting when the weatherstip was compressed,and the weathersrip design was optimized. The results showed that the position of the air vent had the most significant influence on the compressive force of the weatherstrip. When 4 air vents with diameter of 2 mm were arranged along the length direction of the weatherstrip,the noise of the weatherstrip during compression was the lowest.
