镁质铁矿球团在梅钢4070 m^3高炉应用实践

摘要 与传统酸性球团相比,镁质球团冶金性能优良。为此,梅钢在4 070 m^3大高炉进行了镁质球团应用实践,结果表明,高炉采用镁质球团后,高炉风量(BV)、理论产量和焦比均有所提高,煤比降低;高炉使用镁质球团后平均燃料价格降低38 982元/d,平均铁水利润增加9779元/d,合计总收益为48 761元/d。 Compared with the traditional acid iron ore pellets, the magnesia pellets present superior metallurgical performances. Therefore, the application of the magnesia pellets was carried out for 4 070 m3 blast furnace in Meisteel, and the results show that the blast volume, the theoretical yield and the coke ratio somewhat increase, while the coal ratio decreases. After the application of magnesia pellets in blast furnace, the average fuel price reduces by 38 982 RMB/day, and the average profit of hot metal increases by 9 779 RMB/day, and the total revenue is 48 761 RMB/day. Therefore, the significant economic benefits are obtained by using the magnesia pellets for blast furnace ironmaking.
