摘要 针对脱硫废水量不能外排的问题,进行了实验室与工业试验,试验结果表明:(1)烧结消化用脱硫废水会造成生石灰的活性度下降,使得烧结生产能力降低,直接回收使用而产生了较大的不利影响;(2)用脱硫酸性废水代替新水稀释CaCl_2溶液的方法可行;脱硫酸性废水调整PH到6~7左右,送烧结成品皮带的CaCl_2各喷洒点与球团系统原料场球团的降尘降温喷洒,可以实现废水的内循环。 In view of the problem that the wastewater from the desulfurization process can't be discharged outside, the laboratory and industrial test were carried out, and the test results show that, ①the waste water from the desulfurization process for sintering digestion will cause the loss of activity of calcium lime and lower the sintering production capacity, and its direct recovery and reuse will produce a large negative impact; ②It is feasible to use the acidic waste water of desulfurization system to replace the fresh water for diluting the CaCl2 solution ; By adjusting the PH value of the acidic waste water of the desulphurization system to about 6 ~ 7 and sending it to each CaCl2 spraying point of sinter product belt and raw material stockyard of pelletizing system for cooling and cleaning dust, the internal recirculation of waste water can be realized.
