摘要
通过单因素试验,力学性能测试,显微组织分析,研究了Sn含量对蠕墨铸铁室温及高温力学性能的影响。结果表明,蠕墨铸铁的布氏硬度随Sn含量的增加升高,维氏硬度随着Sn含量增加呈现出先提高,随后趋于稳定;室温拉伸强度随着Sn含量的增加呈先降后增趋势,0.06%Sn时最低;高温拉伸强度随Sn含量的增加而增加;Sn稳定并细化珠光体,随着Sn含量的增加,蠕化率提高,珠光体含量增加。
The effect of Sn on mechanical properties and microstructure of the vermicular graphite cast iron was studied by single factor experiment. The results show that the Brinell hardness of the vermicular graphite cast iron is increased with the increasing of the Sn content, and the Vickers hardness first increase and then tends to stabilize; The room temperature tensile strength is decreased at first and then increases with the increase of Sn content, and it reach the lowest at 0.06%Sn. The elevated temperature tensile strength increases with the increase of Sn content. Sn element can stable and refine pearlite, with the increase of Sn content, the vermicularity of the vermicular graphite cast iron increases and the pearlite content increase too.
