摘要
在600~1 000℃范围内对316LN管道用钢进行高温拉伸试验,通过光学显微镜以及透射电镜对拉伸组织进行研究。结果表明,在600℃时,晶粒被拉长,晶界处存在位错聚集,未发生动态再结晶。当温度升高到800~1 000℃时,变形晶粒逐渐消失,发生动态再结晶,晶粒尺寸增加,位错逐渐消失。
The tensile tests at the high temperature of 600-1 000 ℃ were carried out on pipeline steel 316LN, and the tensile microstructures were investigated by optical microscope and TEM. The results show that the grains are elongated at 600 ℃, the dislocations aggregate at grain boundaries, and no dynamic recrystallization. However, the deformed grains gradually disappear when the temperature rises to 800-1 000℃, and dynamic recrystallization occurs, grain size increases, and dislocations gradually disappear.
