Optimization Design of Heavy Forgings Stretching Process

摘要 在大锻件生产中,为了避免锻件芯部拉应力的产生,降低锻件各向异性,应用有限元模拟软件FORGE对大锻件拔长过程进行了连续性数值模拟,分析了影响锻件质量的主要因素。同时,通过正交试验研究了压下量、砧型、进给量对锻件芯部应力的影响,确定了能够降低锻件各向异性的最佳工艺方案。 The finite element soft FORGE was applied to simulate the heavy axial forging continuous stretching in order to avoiding tension stress in the heart zone of forgings and reducing the anisotropy during the processing of heavy forgings production. The effect of different forging parameters, including reduction, the shape of anvil and feed rate, on the forging quality was analyzed. The optimal process of the heavy axial forging is determined by orthogonal experiment.
