摘要 研究了添加不同含量Al_2O_3陶瓷粉末对刹车片金属陶瓷复合材料密度、硬度的影响,以及温度对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,随着Al_2O_3质量分数的增加,复合材料密度和硬度逐渐减小;在Al_2O_3质量分数为4%时,复合材料性能最佳;烧结工艺有利于复合材料性能的改善,随着温度的增加,复合材料摩擦系数逐渐减小。 The effect of the added Al2O3 ceramic powders on the density and hardness of the brakes pad metal/ceramic composite materials and the effect of temperature on the properties of the composite materials were investigated. The results show that the density and hardness of the ceramic composite material decrease with the increase of the mass fraction of Al2O3. The properties of the ceramic composite material are the best when the mass fraction of Al2O3 is 4%. Furthermore, the sintering process is beneficial to the improvement of the properties of the ceramic composite materials. The friction coefficient of the ceramic composite materials decrease gradually with the increase of the temperature.
