淬火冷却方式对新型耐磨齿板材质组织和耐磨性的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Quenching Cooling Methods on the Microstructure and Wear Resistance of a New Type of Wear-resistant Tooth Plate

摘要 研究了油冷、水冷、空冷对新型耐磨齿板材质的显微组织、力学性能和耐磨性的变化规律。结果表明,退火后热处理经不同的冷却方式,得到的主要基体组织为回火马氏体和贝氏体。硬度随着冷却速度的提高而提高,水冷后达到最大值52 HRC。冲击功随着冷却速度先提高后有所降低,水冷后最低值为13 J。在磨粒磨损情况下,新型耐磨齿板材质的磨损性能随着冷却速度有所提高。 The changes of the microstructure, mechanical properties and wear resistance of the new wear-resisting material with oil cooling, water cooling and air cooling were studied. The results show that the main matrix of tempered martensite and bainite are obtained by different cooling methods. The hardness increases with the increase of cooling speed and reaches a maximum of 52 HRC after water cooling. The impact energy decreases with the increase of cooling speed, and the minimum value is 13J after water.cooling. In the case of abrasive wear, the abrasion performance of the new wear-resistant plate is improved with the cooling rate.
