摘要
研究了不同等离子喷涂电压对45钢表面涂层形貌、物相和干摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,45钢热轧、淬火和回火组织分别为铁素体和珠光体、淬火马氏体和回火马氏体;等离子喷涂电压为45~60 V时,45钢表面涂层的物相主要为WC、W_2C和Co_3W_3C相;回火态45钢等离子喷涂WC-Co粉的最佳电压为50 V,表面涂层较为致密且涂层中的脱碳现象较小。
The effect of plasma spraying voltage on microstructure, phase and wear resistance of plasma spraying 45 steel were studied. The results show that the microstructure of hot-rolled, quenched and tempering 45 steel is ferrite and pearlite, quenching martensite and tempered martensite, respectively. When the plasma arc voltage is 45-60 V, the mainly phase of 45 steel guardrail surface coating are WC, W2C and Co3W3C. The suitable voltage for plasma spraying WC- Co powder is 50 V, while the surface coating is compact and has small decarburization.
