高合金薄壁钢管里氏硬度测量及分析

摘要 低温再热器T91钢管使用里氏硬度计测量布氏硬度值,测试值低于标准值。对该钢管进行破坏性试验,检测各项理化性能,并分析里氏硬度计测试布氏硬度值偏低的原因。结果表明,T91钢管硬度值符合标准;采用里氏硬度计直接测试高合金钢的布氏硬度误差大,应建立里氏硬度与布氏硬度换算关系;获取硬度值后,利用公式Rm=3.3 HB可以估算9%~12%马氏体耐热钢的抗拉强度值。 The hardness of a low temperature reheater T91 pipe was tested, and the Brinell hardness from the Leeb hardness tester was lower than the standard value. The destructive testing of the steel tube was carried out, the physical and chemical properties were tested, and the reasons for the low hardness of brinell hardness test were analyzed. The results show that the hardness of the T91 steel tube meets the standard. The hardness of the high alloy steel is tested directly by the Richter hardness tester, the relationship between the hardness and the brinell hardness should be established. After obtaining the hardness value, the tensile strength value of 9%-12% martensite heat-resistant steel can be estimated by using the formula Rm=3.3 HB.
