摘要
Ti-Ni基形状记忆合金(SMA)具有优异的形状记忆效应、超弹性、髙阻尼性、生物相容性、射线不透性、比强度高、无磁性及耐磨损等性能,得到了广泛应用。综述了Ti-Ni基SMA的特性及其在医疗器械、土木工程、汽车工业、石油工程及日常生活中应用的研究进展,指出了该合金今后的发展方向。
Ti-Ni base shape memory alloys (SMA) had an excellent properties of shape memory effect, superelasticity, high damping property, biocompatibility, radiopacity, high specific strength, nonmagnetic and wear resistance, and it were extensively used in practical. The research progress of properties for Ti-Ni base SMA and their applications in medical equipment, civil engineering, automobile industry, petroleum engineering and daily life were discussed. The development directions of the alloy in future are put forward.
