穗条类型和插穗叶片数对黄樟扦插繁殖的影响 被引量:6

摘要 黄樟是重要的香精香料原材料植物,但其结实少,种子繁殖受限,使扦插繁殖成为重要的扩繁手段。本文对不同穗条类型和插穗叶片数对黄樟穴盘扦插育苗的影响进行系统研究。结果表明:黄樟半木质化嫩枝扦插比硬枝扦插生根效果好,带顶芽插穗扦插比不带顶芽插穗扦插生根效果好。黄樟扦插生根率随着叶片数的增大呈上升的趋势,插穗叶片数为3片处理生根率最高,达到90.7%,高于保留2片叶处理,但差异不显著。黄樟扦插时宜采用半木质化带顶芽嫩枝进行扦插,插穗保留2~3片叶,扦插生根率可达90%以上。 Cinnamomum porrectum was an important raw materials plant for flavors and fragrances. The cutting propagation was an important propagation means because of limiting of seed propagation. In this paper, the influence of different scion types and leaf number on C. porrectum cuttings was systematic research. The result showed that, the rooting effect of semi-wood scion was better than woody scion, and the rooting effect of scion with terminal bud was better than the scion without terminal bud. The cutting rooting rate of C. porrectum increased as the growing of the leaf number. The rooting rate was 90.7% with the three leaves, and it was not significant difference with the two leaves. Semi-wood scion with terminal bud and two to three leaves was beneficial for cutting of C. porrectum, and the rooting rate was more than 90%.
