摘要
松材线虫病又称松树枯萎病,自2005年在九江市发现后,其扩散范围和危害程度呈逐年扩大和加重趋势,对全市松林安全和生态环境构成了极大的威胁,严重影响了九江市的生态安全和经济发展。通过全市林业有害生物普查发现,在都昌、湖口、彭泽县、庐山市和濂溪区共13个乡镇均有松材线虫病发生,另在柴桑区及瑞昌市等地发现疑似松材线虫病,为加强对松材线虫病的预防,有效控制松材线虫病的传播和蔓延,运用国际植物检疫措施实施标准(ISPM)的有害生物风险分析(PRA)程序,对全市松材线虫病进行了定性与定量分析,结果显示九江市松材线虫病危险性R值为2.82,属特别危险性有害生物,为此提出相应的预防措施。
Pine wilt disease, also known as Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, found in Jiujiang City in 2005, the scope of its proliferation and the degree of harm has been expanding and aggravating the trend of the city pine forest safety and ecological environment posed a great threat to my serious impact on ecological security and economic development of Jiujiang City. The census of forestry pests in the whole city found that B. xylophilus occurred in 13 towns and townships in Duchang, Hukou, Pengze, Lushan and Suixi districts. Other suspects were found in Chaisang and Ruichang. In order to strengthen the prevention of B. xylophilus and effectively control its spread, using the PRA procedure of the International Standards for the Implementation of Phytosanitary Measures(ISPM) Nematode disease was qualitative and quantitative analysis, the results showed that the risk of pine wood nematode R value of 2.82 in Jiujiang, is a particularly dangerous pest,thus put forward the corresponding preventive measures.
