脂肪干细胞与脱细胞基质在修复重建软骨中的研究 被引量:2

摘要 临床上患者软骨缺损的修复重建、软骨的移植、器官的再造等采用取自体软骨的方法,存在新创伤、并发症多且创伤大等缺点,增加了患者的伤残和痛苦,限制了其临床应用。我们应用脂肪干细胞与脱细胞基质进行修复重建软骨的研究,探讨其修复重建软骨的可行性。
